Wow, a band gig at Mercury that can get everyone dancing on a Tuesday night? Seriously y’all. I turned around and was faced with this massive wave of undulating bodies at the Fujiya and Miyagi show. Effing sweet, especially considering that the unassuming purveyors of blips, bassline and heavy breathing looked like footballers off season. ‘Collarbone’ brought down the house, so keep an eye peeled for a review on ‘Sup. One thing is for sure- if the Mercury Lounge actually had any sort of windows, the glass would totally have been all sexy-fogged up. Start lining up for the CMJ shows now.
